Russell and Britt shipped us 10 pounds of King crab from Alaska for Christmas--the best and largest we've ever had. The yield from the big legs and claws was so much more, proportionally: we prepared about 6 pounds for 5 people on Christmas Day, and we had about a pound of lump meat left for crab cakes the next day!
